The Township of Georgian Bay is home to the world's largest freshwater archipelago. Our lakes, rivers and wetlands support an incredible diversity of plant and wildlife and is core habitat for many endangered and at-risk species. Monitoring water levels, water quality and source water protection is important for plant, animal and human health.
