Georgian Bay Official Plan Comprehensive Review and Bill 98 New Framework Update (“Review”)
Take notice that the Corporation of the Township of Georgian Bay (“Township”) will hold a special meeting of Planning Council on:
Hearing Date: August 26, 2026, 9:00 a.m.
Location: Council Chambers and online via Zoom
The Council Chambers are in the Township offices at 99 Lone Pine Road, Port Severn, Ontario, Canada.
Official Plan & Zoning By-law Amendments
The Township is proposing updates to the Official Plan and Zoning By-law to permit additional residential units, strengthen source water protection, and make housekeeping amendments.
