Community Health Hubs
Community Health Hubs work to improve access to primary care in Muskoka's rural and remote communities. These health hubs are part of a three-year demonstration project funded by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care.
Community Health Hub locations and hours
Please call ahead to book an appointment. Community Health Hubs ONLY provide primary care. They do not provide any service to seasonal residents or visitors.

Services
If you don't have a family doctor or nurse practitioner, you can access:
- Lab services (e.g. blood work, pap smears)
- Care of minor illnesses and injuries
- Regular physicals, immunizations and cancer screenings
- Chronic disease care (e.g. diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, asthma, heart disease)
- Ordering of diagnostic imaging (e.g. ultrasounds, x-rays)
- Prescription renewals
