Tax Sales are advertised in the Ontario Gazette and on the community boards at the Township Administration Centre and the Community Services Building (CSB).

Purchasing a tax sale property
To bid on a tax sale property, complete the following steps:
- Purchase a tender package from the Township Administration Centre, or through Ontario Tax Sales, applicable fees may apply.
- Determine your bid amount, which must be equal to or greater than the advertised minimum tender amount.
- The advertised minimum tender amount includes outstanding taxes and associated costs up to the date of advertisement.
- Insert your completed Form 7 'Tender to Purchase' and bid deposit (a certified cheque, money order or bank draft of at least 20% of your bid amount) in a sealed envelope labelled with the required information.
- Submit your tender before the tax sale closing date and time in person, by courier or mail to:
