Workshop for Prospective Municipal Election Candidates

A workshop for prospective municipal election candidates will be held on Thursday, April 30th at 6:00 p.m. at the District of Muskoka Council Chambers at 70 Pine St. in Bracebridge.

The workshop is hosted by the District of Muskoka municipalities and is intended to provide information for anyone considering running for office in the 2026 municipal election. 

The presenters at the workshop will be Colin Johnston of the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing, and Clerks on Call. 

The event is free to attend and there is no need to register in advance.
