Borrowing money? The bank isn't your only option. Muskoka Futures offers flexible investment options that are unique for each business' individual needs. Investments can be used for building improvements, equipment, training, technology, operating costs and more.

Muskoka Small Business Centre

Partnering with the Town of Bracebridge and the Province of Ontario, Muskoka Small Business Centre delivers Starter Company Plus. This program helps you get planning support, mentorship and seed grant opportunities up to $5,000.

Parry Sound Muskoka Community Network

The PMCN BEAM (Broadband for E-Business and Marketing) grant helps small and medium sized businesses invest in the use of the internet or related technology to help with normal business operations.

Eastern Ontario Development Fund

The Eastern Ontario Development Fund gives money to businesses, municipalities and not-for-profit organizations for economic development in eastern Ontario. The fund supports projects that:

• Create jobs
• Encourage innovation, collaboration and cluster development
• Attract private sector investment

Summer Company

The Summer Company program helps students between the ages 15-29 get start-up money and expert advice to kick-off a new summer business.

Youth Business Acceleration Program

Ontario's Youth Business Acceleration Program helps youth between 18-29 years old start and grow a technology company. Eligible applicants can get:

• Mentorship and advice
• Up to $5,000 in funding or up to $15,000 to hire a young business professional

FedNor
