Baxter Ward Community Centre
The Baxter Ward Community Centre is located at 279 Honey Harbour Road in Port Severn and includes:
- Large gymnasium and reception hall,
- Lounge, and
- Full-use kitchen.
Capacity
Capacity is 250 seats in the gymnasium and 73 seats in the lounge.

The MacTier Memorial Arena is located at 9 Haig Street in MacTier and includes:

Applying for Rental Space
- Read and understand our
- Facility Usage Policy,
- Municipal Alcohol Policy and
- Facility Usage Liability Guide 2024/2025 (These prices do not incur until June 1, 2024)
- Fill out our Facility Usage Application Form
- Fill out any extra forms as needed (i.e. special event permits for health, music, gaming and alcohol)
- Send your booking deposit (25% of rental fee) and damage deposit
