Sleighing Hunger – Donation Matching Campaign

Help us fight hunger in our community! Through the generosity of a community sponsor, every dollar you donate to the Food Bank will be matched up to $25,000. That means your contribution has double the impact, ensuring local families have the food and support they need this holiday season.

How to Donate:

  • Online: Charitable Donation Form
  • In Person: Visit the Township Administration Office, Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Every donation, big or small, makes a difference in the lives of those who need it most. Let’s come together to ensure no one goes hungry this holiday season.

Toy Drive – Bringing Joy to Over 70 Children

Let’s make the holidays magical for children in our community! We’re collecting new, unwrapped toys to bring smiles to over 70 children across the Township of Georgian Bay. We provide gifts for children aged 1-18 with varying likes and interests.

How to Participate:

  1. Drop-Off Locations:

    • Township Administration Office
    • Georgian Bay Library Branches: Honey Harbour, MacTier & Port Severn

  2. Toy Ideas:

    • Board games, puzzles, art supplies
    • Stuffed animals, dolls, action figures
    • Gift cards for Walmart, Sephora, Winners, local businesses
    • Sports equipment, books, and more
