TSW (Peterborough, ON) – Please be advised that on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 the closure of Port Severn Road North will begin. The road closure will allow for the rehabilitation of the Bayview Dam E Bridge. Work on TSWLast week, the contractor for the first phase of the Port Severn Area Dams and Bridges project mobilized to site. Construction equipment and supplies can now be seen at Bayview Dam E near Port Severn Lock 45 located on the Trent-Severn Waterway National Historic Site.  From now until the end of December 2018, work will focus on the rehabilitation of Bayview Dam E and Dam C, as well as the replacement of Bayview Dam E Fixed Bridge (site map below).
